Semester and Year Study Abroad Forms

For fall semester and year abroad programs and scholarship consideration, the deadline for applications is Feb. 15. For spring semester programs, the deadline is Sept. 15.

A complete application file includes the following items:

• Application
• Unofficial transcript
• Academic Advisor Reference
• Faculty Reference
• General Reference (academic or work related is suitable)
  

NCEP Forms

For fall semester NCEP courses, the application deadline is March 15. For spring semester courses, the priority deadline is March 15 with final deadline of Oct. 15. Late enrollment is possible in all courses as space and instructor approval permits.

A complete application file includes the following items:

• NCEP Application
• NCEP Faculty Reference
• Unofficial transcript

After notification of your acceptance in a course, pay the non-refundable $200 deposit to the business office. This deposit will assure you a place in the course and will give the instructor(s) a participant count, which will enable logistical planning to begin.

When considering an application to a particular NCEP, please keep the following payment dates in mind.
